Return & Refund Policy 

At OWVA, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Item must be in original condition

  • Tags must still be attached

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Change of Mind

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will:

  • Offer a replacement, or

  • Provide a full refund (including shipping costs)


Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size only, subject to stock availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your requested size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund


Final Sale Items

Sale items, promotional items, or gift cards are not eligible for return unless faulty.
