Thank you for shopping with OWVA. All our products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printful.

This allows us to reduce waste and create products especially for you.


1. Order Processing

All OWVA products are made to order.

Processing time:
2–5 business days

This includes printing, quality checks, and packaging before shipment.

During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Times

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

United state

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

International

  • 7–21 business days depending on location

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs, or peak periods.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.


 


4. Customs & Import Taxes (International Orders)

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes that may apply.

OWVA is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer:

  • The customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos (if damaged)
